2.2.1. When you use social media authentication to sign up, Ridely LLC will access specific Personal Data from your social media account, as permitted by the platform's terms and conditions. - For closed accounts: We retain data for 30 days post-closure. However, if you received a negative rating or report, we extend this period to 2 years.

Certain types of Personal Data are subject to different retention durations:

 

- Financial records: Kept as long as required by tax and accounting regulations (up to 10 years for some documents).

- User-generated content: Anonymized according to the timeframes in 2.3.1, but remains visible on our platform.

Your age may be displayed on your public profile to maintain trust within our community.

We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement agencies, government authorities, tax officials, or authorized third parties if required by law or if we believe in good faith that it's necessary to: (i) respond to claims against Ridely LLC, (ii) comply with legal proceedings, (iii) enforce our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, (iv) address emergencies involving public health or safety, (v) assist with investigations, or (vi) protect the rights, property, or safety of Ridely LLC, its members, or others.

4.8. As required by applicable regulations, payouts are handled by our designated Payment Solution Provider, a licensed financial institution acting as a separate controller. The personal data collected and processed by the Payment Solution Provider is subject to their own privacy policy. You may be asked to provide additional information for "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures, which are distinct from Ridely LLC's platform verifications and subject to the Payment Solution Provider's privacy policy.
